“In February, All Weather checked out our HVAC as we thought we needed a cleaning. I unfortunately don’t remember the name of the wonderful technician who helped my husband, but I came home to a really happy partner. Our technician performed maintenance on our system and didn’t try to up-sell us with a deeper cleaning that, as it turns out, we don’t need yet. He was honest, thorough, and answered a bunch of questions we had about HVAC maintenance. Very grateful and will be coming back to All Weather for the deep clean NEXT year. :-)”

“Excellent maintenance job but the really helpful part for me was the education I got about my own furnace! First time homeowner here and my service technician Joseph was so kind and knowledgeable and explained all about what to expect for the rest of our furnace's life, how to maintain it between checkups, things that make them last longer (or die sooner!), and what their company does for regular checkups and potential replacement planning. And he was able to answer my million questions so patiently and now I feel like I understand my house a lot better. Grateful to have had y'all out, thank you!”

“Great response time and friendly service. Only reason for four stars and not five is the technician was not able to precisely pin down the problem, mainly because the problem is intermittent and didn't occur during the visit. The technician however gave us some good advice regarding potential causes and what to watch for. We will reschedule service if the problem does not resolve. Thanks, Mike”

“I have an outdoor heat pump which was seriously damaged by another company while making a service call/annual checkup. That company didn’t return my calls when my heat pump turned into a very noisy, energy consuming ice maker; i.e., the opposite of what it’s supposed to do. A friend recommended All Weather. They came quickly and repaired the damage. The technician, and the person I talked to on the phone, were professional, knowledgeable and competent. The malfunctioning heat pump was quickly fixed. Their pricing is reasonable. I will be using them for all my future heating and air conditioning needs.”

On install day, they put down floor protection and had the project done the same day. Didn’t even damage dry wall bringing new furnace up through the attic access (3×3 opening).

“My 30 year old electric furnace began to malfunction at the end of January. I collected a list of local heating service companies and made calls to locate someone to come out and look at it. All Weather Heating in Snoqualmie was the first to respond and gave me a same day appointment.
Given the age and condition of the old furnace, I chose to have it replaced with a unit having an energy guide rating of 100. The new furnace was installed and running seven days later. The outside temperatures have been below freezing, and the new furnace is running like a champion.
Everyone I interacted with was professional and courteous, supplying information and very clear answers to my questions.
The customer service was excellent with quick responses to all questions, by phone and email. Everyone took great care to keep me informed on every step of the process. The installation was completed with a minimum of disruption, and the area was left spotless.
