In response to Governor Inslee’s Stay-At-Home Order, we are providing Essential Services Only until further notice.
Our top priority remains to restore heat for those in our community who are now restricted to their homes. Available services include: furnace and heat pump repair, furnace replacement (if the existing system is non-functional), gas fireplace repair (if the only source of heat), water heater replacement, and commercial refrigeration repair.
We are suspending the following services: residential and commercial preventative maintenance, gas fireplace service, and installation of new comfort equipment if the existing equipment is working. For those interested in any of these services, please contact us to be placed on our requested service list. We will notify you when we are able to resume providing these services.
This reduction in service is for the safety of our technicians and as well as our community as a whole. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
The health and wellbeing of our team is a priority for us. We have provided ongoing guidance and information on how our team members can best keep themselves and their families healthy. We are requiring any employee who feels ill to call in sick and not report to work.
In an effort to continue providing excellent service to our community during the current health emergency, we have instituted some new company policies:
- When you contact us for an appointment we will be asking if anyone in your household is currently sick or has been sick in the last 14-days. This is not to refuse service to anyone, but to make sure that our technicians are properly prepared to work in a potentially more hazardous environment.
- When our technician arrives at your home, he will keep his distance when introducing himself and again when sharing his findings after the service is performed. Additionally, our technicians are wearing a fresh pair of disposable gloves for each service call and sanitizing their hands and tools frequently.
- We will continue to deliver our invoices and permits by email, however, we have temporarily suspended taking payment for service by check or cash. We will only be accepting credit cards or online ACH payments for the interim.
Thank you in advance for your understanding of these new policies.
