With every installation, we take the time to strip down and recycle each unit we replace. Virtually none of our units end up in a landfill.

R-22 is an A/C refrigerant that contains hydrochlorofluorocarbons that can cause significant damage to our ozone layer. All Weather makes the conscientious effort to send all refrigerants for recycling in order to reduce any negative impact on the environment.
Green Office
At our office, we strive to eliminate as much waste as possible.
Paper is one of the most wasted products in offices today. At All Weather, we have taken the initiative to become “Paperless Office.” Whenever there is a digital alternative to using paper, it is utilized. All Weather's Paperless Office includes:
- Use of recycling bins
- Paperless payroll
- Moderated printer use
We waste less paper and promote convenience by utilizing smart phones and tablets in the field to digitize as much as we can.
Our office utilizes the energy-efficient and cost-effective heating and cooling provided by Mitsubishi Comfort Systems. By doing this, we have greatly improved the function and quality of our heating and cooling systems.
In the winter, we use a high-efficiency boiler that turns 96% of fuel directly into heat with little to no waste. This state-of-the-art boiler is one of the best on the market today.
Green Fleet
By using nitrogen in the tires of our service vehicles, the pressure in the tires remain consistent, regardless of the weather. We are able to use almost 10% less fuel than other tires with fluctuating pressures. The amount of energy we conserve by simply utilizing nitrogen is staggering.
